It's just a cruise port village. Jan 2014 • Couples. The Belize City Tourism Village is located on the very eastern side of Belize City. It is right on the edge of the Caribbean Sea next to the cruise ship tender docks. The cruise ships do not actually dock here due to the big coral reef in front of the coast line.
