Cory Gregory's "Squat Everyday" Program Program here. TL;DR of program: 30 days of squats plus some additional lifts (chest/tris, push, pull, etc); alternating between 11 variations of squats. Have any XXfit ladies tried this program (or something similar)? I'm very interested in trying it but wanted to see if anyone had any feedback.

Cory Gregory's Squat Every Day: Day 1 You don't need to do all 11 variations as John Broz (the guy who inspired Cory to come up with this program) says he only has his athletes do traditional front and back squats. Personally I am using four variations which include front squats, back squats, and pause squats for those two variations.

The plan incorporates squats every workout for 4 week and changes up the squat variations to hit different muscles on the legs. I didn't stick to the plan hundred percent, but I was able to see improvements.
