Hello KrishM, Yes my BBG week 2 appeared almost the same to me, with similar workouts in all parts, but take that gradually friend! You will start to experience the difference from Week 4 onwards. Trust me, today is my week 5, day 1, and I was almost about to quit! :( it just gets tougher slowly & gradually. and makes you stronger :) The reps in the workout keep changing from 8 to 10 to 12.

This is how her booklet looks like, it shows you exactly what you need to do and how to do it. It is a total of 12 weeks workout and this is only for week 1 & 3. I'm currently on week 3 now so this is how it looks like. 15 jump squats, 15 squats, 24 walking lunges and 24 knee ups for the first circuit.

BBG Pre-Training Week 2 Arms & Abs Calories burned: 86. Thursday LISS (cardio kickboxing video) << not really low intensity but I felt super high energy that day and wanted to jump around 🙂 Calories burned: 170. Friday BBG Pre-Training Week 2 Full Body Calories burned: 148. There ya go! A full week of awesome workouts 🙂 Until next week.
