FOR AUCTION IS THIS VERY NICE MODEL OF A STANDARD TEN CAR FROM THE LATE 1950'S, OR EARLY 1960'S, ORIGINALLY A VICTORY INDUSTRIES MODEL BUT NOW JUST A STATIC SHOW MODEL, 9 AND 1/2 INCHES LONG, THE CONTOURS ON THE BODYWORK HAVE BEEN CORRECTED AND THE BODY PROFESSIONALLY RESTORED AND REPAINTED, THE ORIGINAL VICTORY TOYS HAVE MANY FAULTS DUE TO WARP.

Victory Industries were based in Guildford, Surrey and produced their first model in 1948, this was of a speedboat called " Miss England ". This was followed by the Midget Racer also in 1948, this model was made from aluminium. Due to the success of the racer they expanded and produced a more comprehensive range of products.
