That timeline is the unaltered present timeline, but they wouldn't have ever had the Tournament of Power, because Goku wouldn't have been there to later remind Zen'ou about the idea of having a multi-universal tournament. In turn, Vegeta wouldn't have unlocked Evolved, and wouldn't have stood a chance against Moro, who would have still managed to escape.
