Here is the English Dub of Only Yesterday released by GKIDS in 2016. Before GKIDS got the US Distributions Rights for Studio Ghibli Disney had the rights but they refused to release this film on DVD and Blu Ray due to flashback scenes including scenes of candid treatment of menstruation.
