In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to blend together the butter, brown sugar, eggs, and molasses. Blend for 1 minute on medium speed, then scrape down the bowl.

Preheat oven to 375F. With an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs, molasses and vanilla. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Slowly add sifted flour mixture to butter mixture and mix until combined into a dough.

Pipe the eyes and line from the mouth with the AmeriColor Super Black Food Gel Color. While the Tulip Red nose and the eyes are wet, add white highlights. Add some snow to the antlers: Once the antlers are dry, pipe a small amount of white royal icing on your food-safe brush and gently brush it on the antlers.

Step 1. Begin by first painting a thin layer of white icing at the top where the antlers are, as shown. Then fill in the the lower muzzle area with light brown icing. Once the icing had time to set, add the upper head section with brown icing. Then add the red nose.

Cut out some reindeer head shapes and bake them according to the recipe directions. Once they are baked, let them cool completely. Outline the reindeer head cookies with the brown icing. Pipe it with a wavy line so it will look like bark from a tree. Once the outline is made, go back over it and make it a little thinker.

Gently press the pretzels onto the top of the cookie. Repeat with all of your remaining cookies. Now, moving onto the eyes and nose, pipe two small dots in the center of the cookie and one near the bottom. Gently press the eyes into the frosting or melted chocolate dots in the center of the cookie, and then immediately add the red candy nose.

Step 1. Use a medium consistency brown icing to outline and fill the face portion of the reindeer. Let dry for 15 minutes. Step 2. Pipe the ears with the same brown icing and a #2 tip. Grab some tan icing and a #1.5 tip to pipe the inside of the ears. Pipe the antlers with the same tan icing.

Using the red icing pipe on a large cute nose. While it is wet, use the white icing and a #2 tip to pipe one reflection line across the top of the nose. Tap the cookie lightly to make the white icing settle into the red. Pipe one large oval with the white icing and immediately add a pupil.
