Nope. Just destroy a whole slime biome at once and throw down some deodorizers. Sweep slime to farm into submerged storage. No need to remove the germs, just contain them. Sustainable farm slime has pretty high requirements, but it's possible. My notes from last week say you'll need: 4.50 Morbs/Puft (assuming 6.67 kg/cy PO2) 0.267 Pufts/Cap (assuming 25.5kg/cy slime)
