Directions. Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice the tortilla halfway once, with the cut facing towards you. In the bottom left quadrant, spread the PBfit evenly.

Instructions. Heat a griddle or large pan to medium to medium high heat. Warm each tortilla in pan about 15 seconds per side. Let tortillas cool, then apply a layer of nut butter to one tortilla, and a layer of jelly to another. Place the two tortillas together (jelly and nut butter sides combined), and refrigerate til the filling firms up a bit.

Fruit of choice, sliced (used fresh strawberries, bananas), or jelly. Spread peanut butter on tortilla and place fruit slices on half of the tortilla and fold in half. If heating place in a large skillet, on the grill, or on a griddle heated on medium heat. If cooking on the campfire wrap in tin foil and place in an indirect heat area.

Steps. 1. Spread peanut butter on one half of the tortilla and jelly on the other. Fold over to sandwich it. 2. You can serve the quesadilla cold or heat it for about 3 minutes per side. If you heat it though, be sure to check the temperature of the jelly before serving.


PB&J Quesadillas

Spread peanut butter on the tortilla and fruit spread on the other tortilla. Arrange the tortillas, fruit spread side down facing the peanut butter just like a sandwich. Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and place the quesadilla. Cover and cook on both the sides, each side for 3 minutes approximately until crispy.

Directions. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Spread one side of the tortilla with peanut butter. Fold tortilla in half so that the peanut butter is on the inside. Place folded tortilla in the skillet, and heat 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Slice into wedges, and dip in the jelly to serve.


Grilled PB&J Quesadilla

Unfold. Step 2. MELT butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat to coat bottom of skillet. Step 3. SQUEEZE peanut butter in first and third quadrant. Place chocolate chips in second quadrant. Place marshmallows in fourth quadrant. Fold peanut butter on top of chocolate chips. Continue folding clockwise to create a triangle.

Directions. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter onto each tortilla. Top one tortilla with banana slices, then cover with remaining tortilla, peanut butter-side down. Spray cooking spray into a skillet and heat over medium heat. Place quesadilla into the hot skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side. Cut in half to serve.


Breakfast Quesadilla Ang Sarap

Instructions. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Spread 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter over each tortilla. Top half of each tortilla with ⅓ cup sliced strawberries, crowding the berries very closely together. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon almonds and 1 tablespoon coconut over berries. Fold the tortillas in half.


PB&J Quesadillas

Continue folding the quesadilla in a clockwise direction until it is folded into a compact triangle. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil or coconut oil. When the skillet is hot, add the quesadilla, flipping once, until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.

Heat a skillet over medium and add the butter. (If you are not using butter, then skip the butter and wait for the skillet to heat up) Apply the peanut butter and jelly to one side of your tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half and place it in the skillet. In the skillet, place folded tortilla and heat 2 minutes on each side until lightly brown.

Step 3: Cook It! Time to cook 'em'. -fold in half. -lay on cooking implement. -cook on medium/medium high heat until it starts turning toasty brown.this took 4 minutes on our 'presto pizza pizzazz'. Cut into four pieces, let cool until room temperature and serve with a little dish of vanilla Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
