For seasonal shows, I'll almost always grab a fansub group over erai/subsplease (crunchyroll subs). Asenshi is particularly good, though their BD encodes aren't always the best. Also good for seasonal shows are GJM and Doki.

It's like £50 a year for funimation but 1 or 2 dvds can easily beat that. I'm against pirating unless it's the only practical option.
