Honey Cake Biscotti are crunchy honey cookies great for snacking or dunking in a cup of tea. These lightly sweet treats are delicious any time of day. Honey Cake is traditional for Rosh Hashanah, Jewish New Year. This year, I am expanding my baking and gifting tradition to include crunchy Honey Cake Biscotti.
