Retired Chef Fai, been receiving lot of request for pork version of that famous General Tso's Chicken. so, for those who like pork meat! here is the version.

Put salt and pepper on pork. 2. Add egg, mix. 3. Drench pork in flour. (usually put flour on a ziplock bag, then add pork, then shake bag 'til pork is evenly coated). 4. Deep fry pork, set aside. 5. On the same pan, saute garlic, ginger, and green onion.

The Cook. When your cooker is up to temp, place the pork loin with the cool side on the grates. While it's cooking, heat up half a cup of General Tso wing sauce.
