Saorge (prononcer ; Sauèrge [saˈuə̥dʒ] en royasque, Savurgë en brigasque, Savurgiu en ligure, Saorj en occitan, Saorgio en italien) est une commune française située dans le département des Alpes-Maritimes en région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.. Partie du comté de Nice (royaume de Piémont-Sardaigne) jusqu'en 1860, Saorge est rattachée à la France à la suite du traité de Turin.
