Le Panchine Giganti della Lombardia sono parte del Big Bench Project, il progetto voluto da Chris Bangle per promuovere il turismo nelle località meno conosciute.. Nate nel piccolo borgo di Clavesana, le Panchine Giganti delle Langhe sono, anno dopo anno, divenute sempre più amate e fotografate da grandi e piccini. Così ne sono sorte di nuove in varie zone d'Italia: prima in diverse.

Le panchine giganti nelle Langhe sono ormai famosissime, ma non tutti conoscono le panchine giganti della Lombardia, la cui inaugurazione ufficiale risale al 12 ottobre 2019. Al momento, le panchine giganti parte del progetto Big Bench Community Project sono più di 300 ed il numero è destinato ad aumentare. Diverse sono proprio in Lombardia.
