My ideal scrapping mod wouldn't let YOU scrap anything extra, but when you have a certain number of settlers, and happiness is over a certain amount, they would pick up trash and leaf piles and such in phases. There is a mod with the very name - Scrap Everything. I never used any mods like this, but they work disabling precombines, so you can scrap most of the stuff you can see, i guess. Probably best coped with Place Everywhere.

Scrap Everything has no conflicts. Scrap Zapper 2 will scrap the base game and DLC lists but won't touch the custom lists in SE. You can run SZ2 and then scrap extra objects manually. Recommended Mods. Immersive Cleaning. Very simple cleaning mod to clear debris and trash etc. Pairs nicely with Scrap Zapper 2. See my PRP patch for more details.

UPDATE: Since this video has been made, the command has been patched to ONLY SCRAP THINGS THAT CAN NORMALLY BE SCRAPPED MANUALLY. It still scraps everything.
