The Place aux Herbes is very large magnificently arcaded square with some fine old buildings which is home to the Saturday market though there was a Wednesday morning market when we were there. There are lots of cafes and restaurants with seats in the Place aux Herbes. It was the highlight of our stay in Uzes.
